Our Principal Recognised as Finalist at Queensland Law Awards

On 9 August 2025, IR Legal had the honour of attending the Queensland Law Society Excellence in Law Awards, held at the iconic Brisbane Town Hall.

We are incredibly proud to share that our Principal Solicitor, Ismail Rasheed, was named a finalist for the Queensland Solicitor of the Year (Sole Practitioner) award.

This prestigious recognition celebrates legal professionals who have demonstrated outstanding service, integrity, and commitment to the profession and their clients. Being named a finalist is a testament to Ismail’s dedication, advocacy, and leadership in the field of law, particularly in immigration and tax law where he has made a significant impact over his 24-year career.

It was truly an honour to be recognised among so many inspiring legal professionals from across Queensland. This recognition reflects the work we do every day at IR Legal, standing up for clients, guiding them through complex legal issues, and ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
